If you subscribed between issues, you can expect the paper to land within the next 4-6 weeks. Once a new issue hits the printer, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for it to be delivered. If you believe there's an issue with your shipment, send us an email at info@countyhighway.com and we'll get you sorted out.

The old website where you initially subscribed is now ctyhwy.com. It is separate from our new digital microfiche archive (countyhighway.com).

To access the archive with your legacy subscription, visit countyhighway.com/register and enter in your name, email address, and subscription order ID located in your original confirmation email to receive a new log-in to the archive. If you no longer have access to that confirmation email, send us a message at info@countyhighway.com and we’ll track it down for you. Registering for the archive will allow you to read the features as digital microfilm. And because you're a legacy subscriber, you'll still renew at $49.95 each year, which gives you free annual shipping in perpetuity.

They're different systems — our old website and this new archive (they cannot be merged, unfortunately) — so you'll still manage your subscription at the old ctyhwy.com. We suggest using the same username/password for both accounts, to make things easy. And you'll still receive every issue in print, of course, the archive is just a free perk for those who prefer the font a little bigger, or to read past issues with ease.

If you’re a legacy subscriber, meaning you subscribed through our old system before July 2024, you can do so by logging in at the old ctyhwy.com.

If you subscribed through the archive at countyhighway.com, you can do so by logging in and clicking Manage My Subscription under the Account tab. If you don’t see a link for Manage My Subscription, you can do so here.

Annual subscriptions automatically renew. This was communicated in the product description, at check-out, as well as in the confirmation email and an email reminder 15 days before renewal. While you were able to cancel the recurring payment at any time over the course of the last year, we understand things get swept under the rug. Reach out to us at info@countyhighway.com and we'll get you sorted out.

If you are already logged in to your account, you’ll have to log out to create a new subscription. If your subscription cancelled recently within the current issue, we recommend waiting to resubscribe until the next one so you don't receive a duplicate copy. If you have further questions, we're always happy to answer them at info@countyhighway.com.

If you’re a legacy subscriber, meaning you subscribed through our old system before July 2024, the only way is by emailing us at info@countyhighway.com – if you try to update it at ctyhwy.com, it will only change your account address, not shipping.

This shows up if you already have a subscription and you gifted one under your email, or vice versa. If you’re having trouble logging in, email us at info@countyhighway.com and we’ll get you access to your account.

This often happens when people make a typo when entering their email, or it’s hiding in spam. Email us at info@countyhighway.com and we’ll get you access to your account.

Don’t worry, “pending” just means it’s active and is set to renew. You can sit back and relax!

Thanks for sharing us with your loved ones! To give a subscription, go to countyhighway.com/subscribe and plug in their name, address, and email address.

For annually renewing subscriptions you'll have to cancel their subscription by emailing us at info@countyhighway.com, or asking them to do so in their account when the time comes unless you have access to their account. If you sign them up for a three-year subscription, you don’t have to worry about cancelling it.

We’d love to have you on board! We’ll send a bulk shipment of 25 copies of each issue (or however many feels right to you) that you’ll sell for the cover price of $8.50. In a gesture of support for your business we want you to keep all revenue made from selling our issues from your shelves — consider it a gift for helping keep independent print media alive. We don't expect anything return, although if you wanted to do the occasional social media post to help with promotion, we're always happy to repost.

We stock at book stores, record shops, restaurants, general stores, feed shops, art galleries, and more. Shoot us an email at info@countyhighway.com to join our growing list!

We do not process returns, so please purchase carefully. However, if there's an issue with your product, please reach us at info@countyhighway.com and we'll get you sorted out.

At the moment, we can only ship to the US and Canada. We have digital subscriptions available for our international readers, or you can check out one of our several international stockists.

We're happy to read submissions on spec. Send over your full-length piece, or pitch, along with some information about yourself to info@countyhighway.com and we'll see if it's the right fit.

While we can’t unfortunately print any larger, subscribers have access to our digital archive which contains all past and current issues of County Highway, where you’ll be able to zoom in to your heart's content.
